Social media training

Despite Mamma Mia being voted the best independent pizzeria in the UK in 2017, Portabello recording record profits and the Perch being one of Oxford’s oldest and most loved pubs, the three Full City restaurants were noticeably absent on social media. We were tasked with inspiring and teaching staff the tools they needed to create engaging posts to reach a wider audience and connect with customers.

We led an interactive training workshop for managers and chefs at the three restaurants and set them a challenge to compete against each other to increase follower numbers in just 30 days.

The results — Each restaurant secured an average of 5% more followers – in just one month. We predicted if they carried on in the same vein, they would double their reach over the next 12 months
